DUNCAN'S MARTIAL ARTS IS PROUD TO OFFER A SELF-DEFENSE PROGRAM. This course is designed mainly for women (but men are invited too!) of all ages and understands that self-defense training is an emotional as well as physical process. Professor Rudy Duncan will lead the class taking participatns through techniques slowly, using alot of repetion with emphasis on learning techniques that can be used correctly by anone. This course is especially good for high school and college students. The event is free and open to all.
