The Parish Public Library will feature the art work of several students from the Altmar Parish Williamstown Elementary School. The show will officially open on Wednesday, April 18 with a reception from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Teachers Mary Alice Flynn and Nicole Fuller will be at the show. Light refreshments will be served. The show will continue at the library until May 14th during regular library hours. Come and see what our students have to offer.
Come delight in the beauty of our forest and park in its winter finery! The Parish Public Library invites everyone to Merrill Park to enjoy an exploration on snowshoes! Everyone from age 3 to 103 can easily learn to snowshoe. There will be a short lesson before we head to wander through the park.

What can you do with your old eye glasses that you can't use anymore? Bring them to the Parish Public Library! The Pulaski Lions Club has placed a drop off box for used eye glasses. They will find a new home for your old eye glasses. Recycling at its best!
Local ghost hunters, Finding Paranormal, will be at the Parish Public Library on Friday, October 27th at 7:00 pm to do a free presentation on their previous cases and show their ghost hunting equipment.
Child and Elder Abuse--What is it? How do I recognize it? What can I do about it? What does the system do about it? These are just a few of the questions that you may be asking yourself after recent events in our community. Mary Brunet, MSW local child and family therapist will answer these questions during her presentation on abuse and neglect on October 18th at 6pm at the Parish Public Library.
