Someday soon we hope to let all patrons into the library but since we can't we will do our best to help you browse! Grab and Go is available! Don't know what you want? Give us a call during grab and go hours and we will be glad to pick up to five books for you. We will just ask you a few questions about what kinds of books you usually like. If you know the title you want just call us and we will do our best to get you a copy to borrow.
Enjoy Parish's beautiful Merrill Park and enjoy the wonderful story of the GIRL WHO THOUGHT IN PICTURES. The story walk is located in the path through the woods after you cross over the creek. Participants in the Summer Reading Program will earn 2 tickets by just enjoying nature and a story.
Come and join us for a fun filled summer of summer reading. Summer Reading will be different this year but it will still be fun! Start by calling the Library at 315 625-7130 beginning on July 13 at 12:30. We will tell you how to come in and get your reading packet. Each packet contains a free age appropriate book! (the books are randomly chosen by age group so please don't ask us to switch books) There will be activities to complete to earn entries for the prize drawings.
Along with the activities being offered by the Parish Public Library there are lots of on-line activities being offered by all the libraries in the North Country Library System. There are cooking classes, virtual tours and lots of story telling! Join in the fun by clicking on the calendar https://ncls.libguides.com/virtualbranch/summer
Just join in with what you like and enjoy the summer!
